Layers of Paris

The first big excursion this quarter was to Paris. We left Lacoste at 6:30am and we took TGV from Avignon and in less than three hours there we were, in the heart of France. We were there for four full days to see the city, it's history, experience both classic and contemporary art first-hand, and had many cups of coffee and good food.
It's wild to look back and remember my first experience of visiting the same city by myself four years ago and observe how I see things and think differently now, and yet realize that certain things never change.

I'd love to hear more about how you see things and think differently now. In what what do you think differently?

Hey guys! How are you doing??
Yeah it's crazy. Changes definitely are happening, butI'm not quite sure how to describe/ explain them clearly with words as of yet. I can however give you an example of how my way of thinking seems to have shifted slightly.
I used to be puzzled and even a bit annoied by the fact that small works seemed to be not valued or taken seriously as much as larger pieces were, and I still don't understand it all, or haven't tried hard to work it all out necessary, but it feels that I'm perfectly okay with not knowing the "why" now. It really doesn't bother me anymore.
I wish I could be clearer than this, but this is as far as I gotten so far.
